My sister had nothing but good things to say about this product. It is a very large capsule so beware if you have issues swallowing big pills.

I like these pills however they are gel capsules and my last order arrived with all of them stuck together I can’t hardly get a single one out. I will likely end up throwing away the entire jar, what a waste
