Hi there, i received this item this morning and the frame that holds the drawers is broken. i dont think it had a nice travel. whats the solution?

Contact the seller damage to the drawer runner alone does not seem like damage done during transport there would be more damage than just the drawer runner. Im sure they would be reasonable it you just explane the truth and details of damage very clearly and maybe photos. I must admit there are defects on mine large knots in fronts of drawes. I sanded the runners and drawer channels myself so the drawes would slide in and out i recomend this they will glide after a little rub down hope this helps have a nice evening possative vibrations fellow customer😀
