Can i use this on a e150

I would guess so but this is the inner wheel bearing which it was too late to return by the time I realized I had the wrong one. I should have recognized it when I opened the package but had other things on my mind. I usually buy arts for what I anticipate needing. I would go on a NAPA site and check they are the best!!
