AISIN TKT-030 Engine Timing Belt Kit with Water Pump - Compatible with Select Lexus LS400, SC400

Installed on a 1991 Toyota Celsior with the 1UZ (same as Lexus LS400). Parts were all high quality Japanese made. Water pump was Aisin, pullies were Koyo & NSK, tensioner was NTN, belt was Mitsuboshi. Everything fit perfectly, and the car is running great now. Previous timing belt was shredded due to a seized idler pulley, but after cleaning, install of the new parts was a breeze.

Aisin parts are the best! This kit has everything you need except cam and crank shaft seals, I didn't need them. I love the metal water pump gasket! Everything fit great and no leaks after the job was complete. Did I mention "I love the metal water pump gasket".

When I called the repair shop and asked for a quote for labor only. I had already purchased parts with the intention of inst alling a new water pump kit and timing belt kit until I really took a look at what it involved. When I called a very reputable repair shop for a labor only quote he said Aisin is the only brand he will install. Even though I didn't want to have more down time he convinced me it would be worth the inconvenience. Long story short, it was worth it in every way. I had made previous purchases with never a problem and Aisin has a new loyal customer as does Bay Point Auto Repair. They are BOTH HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for sure. Right hand salute to both!! Recently bought this car and didn't know when the timing belt was changed last so I decided to just do it. Looked through several different kits and this seemed like the best value considering cost and quality. Was installed without any issues.

Good pump at a good price. The only PROBLEM is it is missing the filler neck gasket!!! Be prepared to buy one of those as well!!!!!

Usually I have OK experience here on Amazon. For this product I payed faster shipping ($26) only to realize that: - Seller did not ship the product for two days (by the time I was supposed to get it, it was still in their office) - Seller does not answer their phones, even if the phone number is listed - Seller does not return messages, even if I left a message, twice - Seller just collects the money for the faster shipping (I paid for two days shipping), but ships using Fedex Smartpost - which is the slowest shipping method on the planet. just google it, or look for discussions right here on Amazon to see how long smartpost packages take - sometimes weeks! - in the end, what good is a car part that I did not get when I needed it??? Besides, this can be found on E-bay for cheaper, with more parts in the kit, and with much better shipping and customer service. Basically, every time I bought something through Amazon, but from an outside seller, I regretted it. Never again. ps. Just in case you have not seen it in the title of my review, the name of this seller is "Car parts kings".

My complaint is the squared gasket in this picture was missing from the package. I tried to buy this gasket from local stores but it had to be on special order which would take a few days. This picture must be updated otherwise giving wrong information to buyers. Next time, I will go to a local store so I will make sure to get everything,
