Great paddles with straps that don't come loose

I love these!
I’m a 68 year old woman with bad knees that started swimming 3 months ago. I’m incredibly slow and thought these paddles could help. First I have seen reviews where people are complaining about the fit of the straps- you can adjust the tubing. I used a key and pulled them looser. They are very comfortable. Another complaint has been not knowing which hand they go on. Your thumb goes on the black side. There is a small hand diagram picturing this on the paddle. I am much faster with these. I’ve had no pain from using these but have felt an overall toning of my arms shoulder and my core. So much so I have managed to lose 7 lbs without really trying! I’ve gone from barely making 10 laps to easily doing 30 laps. Just love these things!

Great for swimmers
These paddles are fantastic for the training of a swimmer. They are fit comfortable and the adjustable cords are a great addition. These were the large size so make sure to follow the measuring chart to guarantee you will be satisfied with the length and width of the paddles.

Durables y muy cómodas.
Estas son mis segundas paletas Speedo la verdad me siento muy cómodo con ellas y la resistencia es justo la necesaria para trabajar tanto fuerza como técnica... Mis primeras paletas tiene mas de 1 y medio de uso y siguen como nuevas, el segundo paquete lo compré para mi esposa y para tener un respaldo...
