It smells nice, no vanilla, but smells slightly sweet to pair with the jasmine. To me it just smells like a light version of baby scent. it’s not strong and the smells goes away which is great cuz I got this cuz I’m pregnant and my other favorite lotion (j.r. Watkins lemon cream) smells great but since pregnant it makes me sick cuz it’s too sweet and the smells last all day which normally I loved but my pregnancy says absolutely not. This one is actually fantastic cuz it does NOT leave greasy feeling or residue at all it soaks in very nice in about 10-15 mins max and won’t feel anymore but your skin truly feels so moisturized and soft for a while. I have pretty dry skin and this stuff is light but perfect. Occasionally will use a thicker cream or just mix this one with some oil like almond oil for extra dry parts. But it’s a absolutely fantastic everyday lotion. I’ve already bought two bottles and plan to buy more until I find something that beats it. Good luck with that cuz I have been searching for a great lotion that isn’t too strong in smell so it can go with my perfumes and not too greasy where it leaves residue all over everything and most favorite of all THE INGREDIENTS. So fantastic. I want to buy other scents but none of them really intrigue me. I would love a vanilla scent or unscented. I originally looked for unscented cuz of pregnancy sensitivity to smells but this one is great cuz it’s not strong.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve compared this with other lotions claiming to be a body butter-like moisturizer. This is great! This is by far the best I’ve tried. Actually moisturizes very well, and I don’t need to reapply constantly like other watery “body butter” products. Love love love the scent! Very happy it’s vegan! Love it! Also great for my face. Highly recommend. I will for sure be using this regularly.

I wrote another review about the greasiness and basic rose smell of this lotion, stating I did not smell any almond in it. It has been longer, and as the rose smell has faded, I DO smell a hint of almond on my skin now! It actually smells much better after it has had a couple hours to absorb. If you have the time, this could still be a good lotion for you.

Vanilla easily smelled. Very little jasmine. Was disappointed. Wish I could just return because I won't use it and it'll just end up in the trash

Absolutely fragrance free! DERMA-E shea bitter and vitamin E is rich and hydrating -- works for dry skin here in Arizona so it will work anywhere. Love that you don't need much so the tube lasts a long time. I use it post-shower to lock in the moisture and my skin stays soft and silky feeling all day. Sometimes I mix a few drops of lavender oil with it and apply to feet before bed, especially in sandal weather. Travels well, too, so take it with you. Best of all, no mineral oil or other unhealthy ingredients which makes it great for daily use. Be warned, though, as this lotion will spoil you and you'll be buying it again.

With extremely sensitive skin, I was happy to see that Derma e (the only skin moisturizer I've been able to use) had added it to their offerings. My wholistic dermatologist thought it would be ok to try, but was concerned that the essential oils it contained might be irritating. I found it goes on smooth feels nourishing. However, a small rash started (but went away after the one application). It was likely from the essential oils so I've had to stop using it. I'll try again later.

This is my favorite body lotion. It smells great, not sweet and not overpowering. Doesn’t contain known harmful ingredients and moisturizes well.

This product was rancid. I ordered two one was ok but the other one had gone bad.

Has slight smell to it though it’s fragrance free. Good for my sensitive skin but very light. Wish it had more glycerin or something heavy in it. Skin feels dry again soon after.
