I bought two of these, one for my senior working cocker spaniel and one for our new sprocker puppy.The senior dog hates going in the car, he’s not as bad as he used to be but it seemed that this car seat really helped him feel more secure. Previously he’d ‘prefer’ to sit in the front foot-well, the most dangerous place to be, and hide his head as far under the front as he could possibly get. On his maiden voyage in the car seat, he still drooled a bit but he seemed so much more at ease and even looked out of the window a couple of times. Because of this I wish I’d bought one years ago. He is a curler rather than a stretcher when he sleeps and this, with his blanket, provides ample space for him to turn around and get comfy.HOWEVER, I should point out that due to reading a couple of reviews where people have had to slam on, the safety clip has torn away from the fabric at the back of the car seat and the dog has ended up hurtling into the foot-well...I also purchased two clip-around-the-head-rest safety leashes and use those to fasten to my dogs’ harnesses.I fasten them to harnesses rather than a collar because I don’t want my dogs getting yanked around the neck if I have to brake hard.As you can see from my photos, I think it actually works better having the head rest leash, as it comes from above rather than below so there is no tangling of leash around legs when settling into a comfy position.And as for the puppy, the photo speaks for itself.So would I recommend this product? Absolutely, for up to medium sized dogs. And to give an idea of size, I have a VW Beetle and the car seat pretty much fills one seat space.

The car seat is excellent, good quality materials and plenty large enough for my shih tzu cross who will not lay on my car seat as she has fallen off before when the car has braked sharply so will only sit which isn’t good on long journeys. This product has deep sturdy sides which keep her feeling safe so she can lay down. It attaches easily with a 2 straps around the car seat plus one that goes down the back of the seat. Would definitely recommend,

Pretty sturdy, it does move around a bit sometimes but if I put a bed in the seat, the dog doesn't have much chance of moving it. It clips in really nicely and is super safe. It has two 'leads' which is great! The sides are still sturdy and intact. Brilliant 👏🏻

Bought this to put the little nipper in the car for days out or if i need to nip out and this works a treat keep the dirt off the seats and protects the leather, easy to fit and easy enough to clean, we bought another one to keep one in each car to save swapping all the time. Only thing is that maybe the side could be a little higher or have an add on section to make it a little taller as they can pop out the top onto the arm rest or centre console if using in the front which means claws! if it was a touch higher I think he would be less likely to try (cockapoo!) But dont let the last bit put you off its really good and looks pretty good too. quilted similar to a barbour jacket!

The car seat works great and love the two anchor points. My only problem with it, is that it's not 100% waterproof as I thought, which I found out after a beach trip and my puppy being sick in the car. Seat was easy to clean which was great, but found the car seat was wet when i took it out to clean. Will need to find something waterproof to put under or in the seat before I use it again.

This product is fantastic. My dog is now safe when travelling in the car as the safety harness is attached. The fact that it is waterproof now means no more mud in my car and only contained within the seat, so easy to clean. Because it is portable my dog walker is able to take my dog in her car now, and I can feel at ease because of the safety harness. It is a really neat product and takes no room when not in use it folds down really well. The material is not cheap and feels luxurious so my dog is comfortable and it is stylish. I would recommended this product to any dog owner that travels with their dog and it is affordable. Great product.

Enough room for a growing pup. Secure and safe . Easy to ok install, nice design . I have had one similar it lasted for years .

I like that my puppy has her own safe place in the car and it has a clip to secure her attached. She has a toy and blanket in there which don't fall out onto the car floor.I also like that it protects my car seats after muddy walks!It has been attached on the front seat of the car as well as the back and is easily moved around when required.What I am disappointed with is how flimsy the sides are, she can easily push them down.All in all I am happy with my purchase. We have been using it since we got our puppy 8 weeks ago.
