I like these. I feel good knowing I’m helping improve my gut health. I had always heard of taking probiotics especially after being on antibiotics to rebuild the good bacteria in your body, but I have just recently learned the importance of prebiotics.I’m not a big fan of bad breath I seem to get after taking them though. Other than that, I’m really happy with this supplement :)

I VERY much like this product! I have extreme problems with bloating and this has reduced it a lot. I expect that as I take more throughout the month it will only get better. I highly recommend this product. A plus is that the company is easy to work with. Will be trying more of their products.
