Not an exact fit
This muffler is not an exact fit. The fit is not a real problem. Install the 2 inner bolts but dont fully tighten them. With the outside cover off put the 2 outside bolts in and snug them. Tighten the 2 inner bolts then you can remove the outer bolts and install the outer muffler.

Doesn’t line up with 024av
Went to install and found the muffler doesn’t line up. Loosened up the boots going to the head and it still did not allow enough play to line up.

Poor manufacturing tolerances
Had to drill the bolt holes larger to allow them to line up.

Exact replacement for Stihl MS260 / 026
This part is exactly like the OEM muffler. See pictures.It does not come with screws, gasket or heat shield. Means, you have to reuse the original ones.
