After following recommended use and instructions with exactness, the summer heat caused the oil to separate from the wood and drip onto my dash console. The oil drips corroded the plastic beyond repair requiring full replacement. This occurred during a single event of exposure overnight (roughly 8 hours). Please learn from my expensive mistake and be careful when applying the oil to the wood.***Update - After reaching out to Arotags, Michael didn't hesitate to make this situation right. He conducted product testing on his own to determine the flaw and even offered to completely cover the repairs on my truck. I fully understand that my experience was likely very unique and uncommon. I purchased this product for my Tesla. A premium car demands a premium smell. This one meets that requirement. Really love the smell. Not complains so far. I wish there was a better way of having the wood absorb the essential oil other than having to place the tag in a plastic bag for 6-10 hours. Other than that it’s a great concept and a really nice smell. Will be purchasing again soon.

The scent doesn't long last. I usually put around 10-15 drops on each side of the wooden plate and put it in the plastic sealed bag for about 4-5 hours before taking out and hanging around my rear view mirror. The scent is pleasant and goes in for like couple of hours to max half a day. I am not sure if this is the norm, but what's the point of buying something worth $23 and still have to maintain like some oil diffuser.

The owner sent me a personal handwritten note in my package, thanking me for my purchase. The wood is real with perfect cut out for the mountain design. The essential oil that comes with it smells amazing (I got beach bum) and the bottle is very very large so it’ll last a long time. I put four drops in the engraved mountain portion and my car still has a great beach bum scent four days later. I can’t recommend this enough. It smells a little like vanilla. You just pop the tag in the provided plastic bag, let it sit, then hang it up. Simple! You could use this anywhere— car, house, work. It’s small and discreet, but powerful. It’s like those commercials for air fresheners where people who sit in front of garbage can only smell goodness. This product has that same effect!

Great product, heavenly scent. Strong on day one, but subdued by day two.. Love the smell! Just as important was the service. Not only did it arrive early and very well packaged, but also included was a personalized note of thanks for the purchase. Personalized in that it was hand written and addressed to me by name. I got 2 of these, only to get another, than loved it so much got 2 more as a gift! The smell far out lasts any competing air freshener out there without the chemical overpowering smell. This Product is AMAZING I received my order fast. I was really excited to use it and got it a try. Followed the instructions and in no time my vehicle smelled SO REFRESHING. I order Beach Bum.
