I love these foxtail millets so much so that I don't eat white rice anymore.I have constipation issue since childhood and have to eat accordingly. Must say here that , it's all thanks to Fittuber who introduced me to the holistic therapy to relieve this major problem. His day long therepy which means incorporation of these millet khichdi as Lunch.
