Does this shrink in the dryer?

YES!!! These do shrink in the dryer. I thought I was gaining weight until I went to a local uniform store. I found the exact same size I had originally purchased fit fine, with room to spare. I ended up buying new uniforms and now dry them on low heat for only 20 minutes. I let them finish drying by hanging them. I hope this helps.

Can I have this monogrammed?

Yes there is ample room on either side of the chest to monogram.

Is this fabric give”( stretch)? Thank uou!

The fabric does have 3% spandex in it so it has a lot of "give" during bending-type movements. It's extremely comfortable and washes & wears very well without wrinkling. I wash mine in cold-lukewarm water and put tops and bottoms in the dryer on low setting. If I remove them as soon as finished, there are no wrinkles. Hope this info. helps.
