My favorite MCT oil. Good price high quality. I use in coffee and as a lotion / treatment for seb derm.

I've only been using this product for four days, but I'm happy with the results thus far. It is light, has no odor or taste, and does not upset my stomach. I've also started using it as moisture cream on my face. I know four days is not enough to really give an informed review . . . but I'm fully intending to continue with 2 tablespoons per day. I've watched several videos and read a couple good studies and it appears to be a great help on several fronts. Cheers!

I use this every morning in my tea -- mixed with organic heavy cream, 1 tsp. of organic raw cacao powder and a scoop of Prebiotic Fuel. It mixes well with a milk frother. This organic MCT oil has no discernible flavor, but I get the excellent benefit of starting the day off with healthy fat for the brain. This substitutes for my breakfast and the fact that there is no sugar in this concoction means no spikes in blood sugar 1st thing in the morning!! This MCT oil is 99.2% C8, the most important for brain health. I've been using this brand for the past two years and plan to keep on using it.

I like this product. My only irritation is a pouring issue; for some reason the bottle is not a clean pour; you end up with it dripping down the side of the container which can be messy cleaning up. Otherwise, great product.

What I don’t like about this product is the cap. MCT Oil is messy, It just is. There are brands out there that have placed caps on their MCT Oil that do not drip …. At all. So … what I do is empty the Intentionally Bare brand into a competitor’s bottle and squirt the C-8 from a competitor’s bottle and cap. Intentionally Bare’s C-8 MCT oil tastes great because there is no taste at all. It mixes well in our coffee both hot and cold with the use of a milk frother or when steaming coffee or cream for coffee. I always chuckle at the “Value for Money” question. Isn’t everything expensive? Thanks Intentionally Bare for bringing a “C-8” MCT Oil.

Great product! Exactly as described.

I like this oil for my keto diet. It's hard to eat enough "good fats" and this oil fits the bill. It doesn't have a harsh taste so it's easy to add to other foods without changing the taste. I'll be making this oil a pantry staple now.

Love this stuff! Does wonders for the cells.
