My rating is for the seller. My comment has nothing to do with the seller. pGTips are my favorite, but I have to say, I am not so happy about their new tea pouch. The perforations between the bags aren’t the best, I have lost several tea bags to rips. I’d love to say, bring back the pyramid shaped bags PLEASE, but they spent millions of dollars on equipment etcetera on their new packaging…so my little note asking them to bring them back will be just a dream. 🫤

Thought the flat packets would be less effective, but I found better packaging, easier use, and of course the remarkable taste of PG Tips

I don't know who in marketing thought it'd be a good idea to change what made PG Tips SOOOOO good and stand out in the market for all these years, for what?.... Increase profits is all I can think of, it certainly wasn't to improve the flavor for the customers, like that was their main impetus.Gone are the triangle shaped tea bags they were known for, though I'm unsure if it REALLY made all that much difference in the brewing of the tea, and instead we get a flat square bag. Gone is the malty and bright fresh taste and in it's place this new formula is..... ragged old dirty kitchen dishtowel steeped in hot water? Instead, the benevolent owners of the brand (Lipton?) thought they could squeeze out a few extra $$$ by skimping on the quality of the tea and develop this "new formula" for us tea lovers, which is really, just a way to say, you're being screwed. How thoughtful they are; looking after their devoted customers.Fare thee well, I'm off to new shores. Good luck keeping any integrity you once had. People, especially tea drinkers, are not stupid, and when you mess with them, you'll pay the price.

Great for groggy mornings. You can leave it steeping for a while and it won’t get bitter.

I am English and live my PG Tips

I was pretty skeptical about whether any store-bought teas were different from one another. After drinking Tetley for months my stocks ran low so I went back to try PG Tips again. Hands down, a much better tea. There wasn't even a need to do a blind taste test. In comparison, Tetley tasted "burnt" and PG Tips was much more pleasant.
