I have a hanging bag and don't mind letting it swing but this weight is terrific! The swing was a bit too much so I purchased this anchor and was not disappointed. It attaches easily to the base of my bag and I plopped a full, unopened 50 lb. bag of playground sand right into the anchor. Now my bag has just the right amount of movement/stability (I hope that makes sense).

Works perfectly with my rogue 45 deep dish plates. Used the lower d ring to control the height of the bag. So that flexibility is appreciated. I also had to tie a couple knots in the lower bungee cord to make sure the bag was the appropriate height, but that’s pretty normal. No issues. The foam pad base also helps protect your plates and any underlying materials from damage. Since the double end bag is mostly for accuracy and coordination, the materials look to be durable enough to withstand many uses. I don’t think I’ll use with the heavy bag but it seems sturdy enough to handle it if I wanted to. Great product and super easy installation. Took 10 seconds to set up.

This is a great option for keeping a double end bag in place. I used two extra 45 plates that I had, which wouldn't be cheap if you had to buy them new or even used, but you could fill this with anything including bags of sand.
