I have a lot of aches and pains especially in my back and neck. I have been a long time user of Biofreeze. I prefer cold pain relief especially on my neck. I tried the Biofreeze cream and didn’t find it to be as effective as the gel. I saw this on Amazon and decided to give it a try. It is a clear gel that absorbs quickly. It is not at all greasy. The smell is not very strong. When you first apply it, it feels a little bit hot. Not in a painful way. A minute or so later, it turns into a very pleasant cooling sensation. A little goes a long way. I feel this is a good value especially since you get 3 tubes. I have extremely allergy prone skin and have not had any issues, The pain relief is long lasting. Highly recommend.
