Product arrived with lid open
Just took out of prime box and is covered in honey. Lid is not closed properly.

Jar came in broken and expired
The media could not be loaded. My jar came in broken and expired.I was so bummed. Even though I would have still tried it I won't anymore because I'm afraid I can accidentally get a piece of glass.

Disgusting! Very disappointed.
The jar of honey leaked all over. cover was not on tight. It appears it had been frozen. Honey is extremely hard. Very disappointed!!When trying to return it it startes no returns
