Absolutely delicious!
I avoid gluten as much as possible and when I found these in the refrigerated section at a local grocery store, I decided to give them a try. Am I glad I did! They are delicious and they hold together just like a flour tortillas which surprised me.I made a pizza with one and the tortilla was absolutely delicious. The recipe is by Jacques Pepin. I omitted olive oil. Thinly slice tomato, a little salt, then fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese, and whatever else you want. I baked in the toaster oven 375 for about 10-12 minutes or until the tortilla is brown on the edges because I like them crispy. Oh my gosh! So delicious! Now, I eat them for lunch nearly every day. When I tried to buy more, my local grocery store was sold out. I was so disappointed. I knew this was too good to last. Others have discovered them too. Lol. I, of course, immediately searched Amazon, and was so glad to find them here so I ordered six packs. They arrived in two days in a box with cold packs that were still very cold. I highly recommend even if you eat gluten. They are that good!

16 yo daughter loves these
Allergies have cut us off of tortillas for years. Found these and daughter is happily eating quesadillas.

Great product for special diets! Fills a need.
I like this product even though it's a little pricey. So far I have been using them mostly as a wrap or to make grilled turkey/cheese "sandwiches". But I haven't had pizza in over a year since I started eating gluten free. Today I tried making a personal pizza with these and it worked great! I layered slices of mozzerella between 2 tortillas to form my "crust", then built my pizza with toppings. I preheated the oven and a pizza stone at 500deg then reduced the heat to 450 just before putting my "pizza" on the stone. I baked it for nearly 10 minutes, till the cheese on top started to brown. It was really good! I just wish these were a little bigger.

Perfect for gluten free
I’ve been avoiding gluten for almost a year and these have been perfect for me. They taste great and I’ve used them to make a tortilla with cheese in the toaster oven. They’re a little pricey but they’re so much better than gluten free bread that I eat one every day for either breakfast or lunch.

Great tortilla alternative
We love Mexican food and make a lot of breakfast burritos. These aren’t really sturdy enough for lots of juice/salsa sitting on them for a while but we just spoon it on as we go. Only warm them...don’t cook them too long or they get too firm. Also, eat right away after warming. We buy over and over again, as we never have that “blah full” feeling that regular tortillas give you. Expensive, but worth it to us. Will keep buying

I wanted to make my own but I'm sold on Siete
Great taste and texture. Plus I'm always happy to support a family business. My advice, however, is keep them in the freezer as they do not have preservatives (which is why they're so fantastic). They taste freshly homemade. I want to make my own tortillas but these are so perfect that I'll probably stick with Siete.

DO NOT ORDER THESE FROM PRIME COACH
These are AMAZING great tasting tortillas, but make sure you order them from the Siete Family. They will send them in a cooler with ice packs. Prime Coach sends them in a Fed Ex envelope. These are food items and must be kept cold. I have no idea what kind of fool thinks they can send food with no cooling agent. The Siete Family takes great pride in their business, they would be broken-hearted to find that this is happening.

Wheat free and lectin free
I love this grain free, wheat free alternative. These need to be heated - either warmed or toasted as they don’t taste great coming right out of the fridge. However once warmed or toasted they are absolutely delicious and you cannot tell that they are wheat free. They are pricey, but given that there are not a lot of options out there, I will continue to purchase.
