Great quality & taste
I am a returning customer for this ghee. Very happy with quality & cooking performance. We use it mainly for Deity worship (Vaishnavas will understand) and it burns beautifully with a gorgeous flame & smell. We have used it in the kitchen too (as an exception to our mostly vegan diet) and it is excellent for cooking.Happy customer.

Nuttyness level just right!
Id of given this product 5 stars if it was sealed. Otherwise the flavour is great, if this is your first time trying ghee I recommend this one, this is my 3rd attempt at trying ghee, the other times the "nutty taste" was like blue cheese/vomit to me, the nuttyness level was just right with this brand.

Really good quality!
I love it, it also stays slightly soft out the fridge making it easier to scoop for use. My previous one was always hard to get out the jar. Highly recommend.

Disapppointing
I've been ordering another organic ghee for the past few months which I absolutely love. I can literally spoon it out of the jar it's so good. However, seeing the rating for this ghee and that it won an award last year, I thought I'd give it a try - expand my horizons. Liquid dripped out the moment I opened it and underneath it looks like it's curdled. It's probably alright for cooking and I'll use it up in casseroles, but would I buy it again - NO. I will be buying the other make and sticking to that in future.
