Perfect medley for baking
I purchased this package of sun dried fruit to make a healthy muffin recipe that was given to me by a friend. I was looking for dried fruit that wasn't all coated in a bunch of sugar. This package had a combination of fruit that was dried, and some dried with sugar so I gave it a go. The pieces were perfectly sized and even. The bag was fresh. The taste of the fruit was very nice. I did find several pieces of shell of some sort, but that is normal and it made me cautious as I used the product. Very pleased with how well the fruit kept between baking batches and the flavor. I would like to buy it in a smaller sized, but I gave some away to friends before it went bad. Good value, good flavor, good quality.

Great snack for everyone
This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased this product from this supplier. The first time the fruit looked more fresh than this batch. The expiration date on this bag is Feb 2026 and I believe dried fruit has an extended shelf life so maybe I just received an older bag. The dried fruit tastes fine, just doesn’t look very appealing.

Quality product.
I was expecting a more evenly chopped fruit. These are more bits. BUT, when I plumped them with black tea overnight, they plumped up soft and juicy. I used the fruit in an Irish fruit bread recipe that is about half fruit. It came out great. Next recipe, biscotti. Also, a good amount of fruit for the price.

Soft tasty fruit pieces
Tastes great. I’d prefer few less raisins but it’s very tasty. Pieces are small and soft. I didn’t buy this for baking, I use it for snacking. I love dried fruit but can usually only find mixes with mango and a lot of added sugar which I don’t like. This is a good mix of fruits. I will buy again.

Mostly raisins but OK in oatmeal, pancakes and cole-slaw
I've always thought that the list of ingredients for any food product was supposed to name the predominant ingredient first, then the lesser ingredients according to declining percentage of the total. So this item's advertising list is as follows: Diced Peaches, Cranberries, Apricots, Pears, Nectarines, and Raisins. You'd think peaches, cranberries and apricots would be the predominant fruit, eh? But it's not. It appears raisins are the predominant fruit, perhaps as much as 50 percent of the mixture. The reason I bought this mix was because I didn't want many raisins, just a few. So of course, I was disappointed that it was predominantly raisins which overpower the other fruits. However, I still buy this product every 6 months because soaking a handful of raisins and other tidbit fruit in hot water and then adding it to oatmeal and pancake batters is very tasty. Also I've been soaking in 1/4th cup hot water about a 1/2 cup of this product till soggy, then shaking it well with mayo, and pouring it over a tub of grated carrots and cabbage for a great tasting cole-slaw that will last 4 days or so (I eat coleslaw almost every day, better than leafy lettuce that goes bad quickly).

Taste great and have lots of uses
Best by far with a combination of dried fruits We add it to figs and grind it up to make an Italian cookie - cucidati ( spelling may be wrong). We use it in place of walnuts in out banana breads we make for friends with nut allergies. And it tastes wonderful by the handful instead of just raisins. Always arrive fresh and stay that way if store properly. Sweet but not overly do. Taste absolutely great.
