Timely receipt of a rare product
I had trouble finding exactly what I wanted in a ceiling fan downrod, and this one is perfect. Not yet installed, but I am sure it will do the job. Item is just as described online, at a very good price, and was delivered quickly. I would do business with this provider again.

Wrong Color
I received a silver / brushed silver color as well and not the brown walnut pictured and listed in the description. This looks to be a repeat complaint meaning the root cause wasn’t corrected the first time. I needed it for a job so I was forced to spray paint it. This is not what I was planning and is frustrating.
