This package took weeks to arrive, but still arrived earlier than its much later estimated delivery date. It came without any labels or instructions, or even a brand name.So at first I was confused as to what this order even was. It wasn't marked as delivered on my account yet, and I hadn't expected it at the time.So this 10 pack of waterproof flameless pink lights came protected under old, dusty plastic. But to my utter surprise, there were 3 lights blatantly missing from the entire package. There were just 3 empty spots staring at me.. So I was even more puzzled... It was just so blatantly apparent. I soon realized that someone had simply gone in and taken some lights out of this order before it was sent out to me.... These lights are lined up in 2 rows, face up, under transparent clear plastic. So it's pretty dam hard to miss.Talk about awesome quality control!Next, I tried out a few of the pink lights.. they worked fine, and they looked pretty nice. I love pink, so it was what I wanted. The lights are nice and bright.But one light just wouldn't work no matter what I did. I switched out batteries, twisted it, and did everything possible, to no avail.I emailed the company, Lily's Home, explaining to them what had happened. They said "Please don't worry about it" directly before asking for all sorts of things from me.They asked me to provide more details to help them figure out the exact issue with the dead light. They asked me to provide pictures of the shipping label on the outer box, and of the label of the inner package, and pics of the actual product with all the lights I'd received as well.I told them I's already recycled the outer box, and that there were absolutely no receipts or any other type of label on or in the package that THEY had sent me. I also respectfully pointed out to them how they'd contradicted themselves by telling me not to worry about a single thing, yet still demanding all sorts of things. I put it nicely though.But they did not even respond. I was trying to gently hint at my growing annoyance.So I had to go find each individual light (they were scattered and mixed in with many decorated candle holders in shelves), find the original package they came in (I have a chronic pain illness that limits my functionality, energy and strength=messy, disorganized room), take pictures of everything, and email them to the company. They asked me to provide further information, told me to switch out some of the batteries, asked me to give them more suggestions, as well as advising them further, and they told me to email them AGAIN.AFTER they'd established that they would refund me $3. So we emailed back and forth, and I sent photos of the package, just to prove that it was theirs, and that I wasn't lying. They seemed to doubt my broken unworking light as well. I felt like I was in a court of law, and I was just trying to get back off the witness stand.So altogether, I received a defective product- I received damaged goods, missing goods, I had to email a complaint, explain even further with more information, photos, proof, and details in 7 total emails. Way too many.I had to find the actual original container, take multiple photos of the items and provide them to the company, to prove I wasn't lying, and that they were indeed their lights.And I also waited several weeks for these to even arrive. I obviously was not lying. There were no other pink lights I was waiting on from anybody except them. So it would be impossible for me to have mixed this company up with another one.I was extremely irritated, tired and aggravated by the end. It took so much unnecessary effort and energy out of me, and it just felt totally ridiculous and pointless by the end. It was an unwelcome, stressful situation.They gave me a whopping $3 refund. I regretted even saying anything to them in the first place.I've never had such demanding, inquisitive and overbearing customer service from a company on Amazon. They were misunderstanding me, didn't seem to trust me, and they weren't replying to several of my questions and concerns. I couldn't really complain about getting this small partial refund so I just accepted it and got out as soon as I could. (I'm trying not to spend all of it at once.)I asked the company if they could possibly replace the missing and broken lights, but they ignored this completely.I asked them specifically to reconfirm that the total of my missing/broken lights definitely amounted to $3, and they did not reply to that either.Instead, they simply repeated that they refunded that amount to me, and that my satisfaction as a customer is important to them..So I gave 2 stars.They DID finally do the bare minimum to try to keep me happy, and the lights that I actually received that actually work, work fine.Nice bright and pink.There ya go. Now it's your turn.Purchase at your own risk! Have fun.

I ordered these before and they were a more vibrant almost purply pink. When I ordered a few more boxes, all of the LEDs were more of a pale pink, which was a little disappointing which is why I didn't give all 5 stars. However, my old box and my new boxes all have the same barcode which leads me to believe that the manufacturer doesn't make them the same way which explains the difference in color. Which is fine, not the sellers fault. I included a picture, the left one is from the box I ordered recently and the right one is from an older order (same seller). Just so you know what you're getting! Eitherway, out of the 4 boxes I received only 1 LED does not work. I would recommend.

I just had my wedding on 12/22/12 and we always had this idea of LED lights in our vases since the beginning, but for some reason totally forgot about it towards the end (about a week left into the wedding day!) This idea was brought up again by my wedding coord and we decided to push for it. Of course it had to be pink because that was one of my wedding colors. We had to rush deliver it to have it ontime for our wedding. This product is great! The best thing I bought onto of paying extra to receive it within 3 days. The LED lights stated it will stay lit up for 16-20 hrs, but they lasted a week! I was surprised by that. I loved the color, and how it really complimented my centerpieces. I totally recommend this.

I ordered this for my baby shower and it was an instant hit. I used them to float in the vase with submerged flowers inside and they illuminated the whole thing and atmosphere. I would recommend this to anyone. Only thing is I wish it would have lighted for atleast couple of uses.

I first ordered a set of these to test them out and see if I liked them to use in my centerpieces for my wedding under clear beads. I liked them so I went to order more of the same thing from the same place. The second shipment came in different packaging which whatever no biggie but one of them was lit which makes me think it won't last too long now and one of them didn't work at all because I am ordering this and another color to use I need all of them to be fully functioning so I'm very disappointed in having to deal with returning the product just to have to order more. Hopefully my soon to be third order will come with all of them working properly!

I got these to complete wedding centerpieces.I had to set up the centerpieces the night before the wedding. So, I turned these guys on and let them stay soaked in water the entire night. When the wedding happened the next day, not one of them turned off. In fact, the ones I took home or that my friends took home with them stayed on for days past that.The only thing I need to point out is that the lights seem a bit more purple than pink when under water and covered in clear rocks. But, it's very close to pink that it's barely noticeable.

I ordered these for centerpieces. They worked great and arrived quick. Only problem was I order one box of pink to try. I got a pink color that was a purpleish pink. I loved it. I ordered 6 more boxes of pink. These ones came and were a normal pink color. They were two different pinks. My advice buy as many as you need all at once
