Amazon gave me a refund
Missing interior accordion pocket. Amazon could not provide one. Told me to contact manufacturer. Who told me they canโt help me because I purchased thru a 3rd party. Amazon gave me a refund

Not only is the quality amazing, but Tumi stands behind its products FOREVER, and their service is unreasonably good!

There are better options
I bought this at the Atlanta airport. Didn't realize they have a veterans discount until after purchase and the sales clerk didn't know how to refund. My fault. Anyway, this bag fits well under the seat and in to overhead. The accordion insert is kind of difficult to figure out but my biggest issue is the extendable handle seems so loose. I feel like I'm going to break the handle if I roll it the wrong way too quickly.

Second Tumi return. Unbelievably difficult for them to get such an expensive item correct. First they sent me a used bag and then they sent me a bag without the key or instructions on how to use the combination lock.
