Just like when we take vitamins, it takes extended use for our bodies to make long lasting changes from the added nutrients. This is also seen in my bird's overall improvements. After a few months their feathers looked better, brighter, less brittle. Their beaks seemed healthier and their eyes brighter. It took some time for them to take it on food, so I offered a second water bowl with the vitamins mixed into the water and they seemed to adjust quicker that way. Overall, they aren't the cheapest vitamins but because of the seemingly better health I think it will reduce future vet bills. I like that I can supplements and not have to worry about them missing critical nutrients from being picky eaters.

I took my Blue Crowne Conure to the vet as she had developed a wing twitch as well as not eating very well and had gotten quiet and less engaging. The vet looked her over and said she had quite the molt going, but her strength looked good, her reactions, her wings, etc. all looked good. She said she wasn't reacting to the wing twitch. She suggested gabapentin for anxiety (which I was afraid to do), but she suggested these vitamins. I ordered the vitamins and got them within two days. I swear, within a week, she was more perky, less jittery, eating all her food and talking again and was sitting back in the front of the cage on her cord. I followed the directions and put in on her moist food (fruit) so it would stick to it. Also, I doubled it up for 2 weeks as it had suggested. It's been several weeks now and I am completely thrilled with these vitamins. It has made such a huge difference. Don't wait for your bird to get run down or ill before you start. Do it now to maintain good health.

I decided to try this vitamin for my two birds, a rescued African Grey that was nearly plucked bald when I got him and an over 30 year old dove, yes, over 30 years old! They are doing good on it and I can see a difference in both of their energy levels and feathers. I am hoping it is helping them in unseen ways. I do feed organic fresh chop and an organic formula pellet. I use his as another path to great health and long lives for them.

These are good quality vitamins and what was recommended. I sprinkle it on all 4 of my birds' food and they do not turn their beaks up at it. I do not notice a smell. It does not clump and is easy to sprinkle on their food. The only issue is the dosing scoop has been missing each time I've ordered it. Luckily I kept my scoop from when I purchased it at the bird store.

Lafeber is it brand that I trust to give to my beloved cockatiels. I have tried another multivitamin for their water, but it just wasn't the same quality wise nor nutritional value. I believe this product is a good value for your buck. Also lafeber products are made here in North America. This multi vitamin ensures your loved ones are getting all the nutrients they need for optimal health. And for good measure if they are not getting it through other means. It's a pretty good quality size for the amount, I think this probably will last me Maybe 6 months I'm not too sure but it's good size bottle compared to others I've tried. The instructions on how you can give it to your pets is easy to follow. I've noticed that my birds are more active, happy and they appear a bit more vibrant as well. I will always choose lafeber for my birds.

It looks like there was a seal. But removed. Is this safe to use?

This vitamin powder has made a big difference for my two budgies that I had gotten from my grandpa. Unfortunately, my little cuties had been on a seed only diet for two years before I got them (amongst other things, no social interaction/scared of people) - I wanted to try and give them more nutrients and vitamins while I figured out a way to get them used to new foods and a healthier pellet introduced to them. Also, my little boy budgie Frankie is a runt I'm pretty sure as he cannot fly properly, and he gets bullied sometimes by my budgie girl Aurora away from food - so he was a little skinny. But I feel like the vitamins have given him a boost and he's had more energy and confidence to stand up for himself and I've had his back with trying to get his girlfriend to stop bothering him so much aha! All in all, very good addition to a birds diet and health!! I will be buying more as my little budgies are smaller than most due to their lack of nutrition in their first couple years! This powder makes it super easy to mix into their water so I know he is atleast getting a little into him every time he drinks! Every morning when I'm prepping their food and giving them fresh water I let them know they are getting their yummy 'vitamin water' aha! Thank you!🫶🏼✨

Good product

This is a great product. My vet recommended it. I have noticed my birds have great plummage and super bright colours. Wouldn't use anything else.

Avian veterinary recommend it. He says you have to use it under 6 months after opening though because it becomes ineffective after a while once opened.
