London100 Denier Ladies Opaque Tights

I ordered 3 pairs of these tights. Red, blue and green as I wanted ‘Christmassy legs’.I wasn’t convinced that they would fit as I’ve got a big bottom and short legs but I thought that I would give them a go.Usually if I want tights to go round my hips they end up with the legs so long that they congregate around my knees and ankles. I then spend most of the day hitching them up when I think that nobody’s looking.When these arrived, I took one pair out and they were very short and very narrow. I thought ‘There’s no way that I’ll get these on’ and imagined that they would only pull up as far as my knees before I started to lose circulation in my legs and fall over.Well what I didn’t take into account is that they are magic! Yes - magic!!!They are incredibly stretchy. They fit like a dream and they stay put. I’ve been wearing them all day and I haven’t got saggy knees, I haven’t got saggy ankles and the crotch (I hope that I can say that on an Amazon review) is where it should be - i.e. not halfway down to my knees.They are really comfortable to wear as well so I’m really pleased with them.The delivery was much quicker than I expected as well.The only slight grumble that I have is that the postage is charged per pair so it could work out expensive if you want a few pairs. Like I said though. It is only a slight grumble as they are only £2.99 per pair so even with the postage, they work out a lot cheaper than a pair of 100 denier tights of this quality would cost on the high street.I think it is very likely that I will buy these again

Colour is perfect for what I needed, but unfortunately they aren't very stretchy, so I found them quite stiff and tight to wear and I am quite petite

Bought these for my daughter who wears brown tights to school. She's 5'6" and slim and the M fits her well. They're nice and opaque. They feel softer than the scratchy tights the uniform shops supply. They stay put, no falling down. No holes or runs so far. She's only worn them once but I've bought other brands that didn't last one wear. I only have one slight criticism and that's that they're ever so slightly lighter in colour than I thought they'd be. Her uniform is like a dark chocolate brown and these tights are more like the colour of milk chocolate. Not a huge deal, though.

When I opened the packet, and put them on I was pleased. The colour was perfect and the sizing good.1 hour later, in a supermarket, they started to slip. Wearing a short winter skirt I start to panic and have to stop shopping, join a short queue and pay.I am thankful I drive. I am thankful I parked in front of a tall hedge, that the car next to me was empty and that my car doors were enough to act as a shield.I will not wear again, or buy this brand again - such a shame as up to 'slipping point' I thought they were really nice.

These tights are great - bought them in cream and worried about them being a little bit sheer as only 100 denier (I’d usually go for 150+ for opaque) but they’re not sheer at all. They’re lovely and soft, and look like a nice thick tights but it feels like you’re not even wearing tights. I was so pleased I ordered a second pair straight away. My only slight negative is that there is no clear front or back, but to be honest I’m being super picky but if you do prefer an obvious front / back then it’s something to consider. Highly recommend especially for this price.

I had to return as they were way too dark for my skin colour. I tried to find what I thought was a really light shade that matched my skin tone but I was really disappointed. I didn't even try them on - I could just tell instantly that they were way too dark and would be very noticeable if wearing them comparing the shade to my arms.
