Hoping to wear with sandals / open toe shoes as it does not cover the top of foot like other pads. Have not tried yet

As soon as you put it on it twists. It will not lay flat against the ball of your foot. You must have socks on, and if you wear compression socks give yourself an extra five minutes to try and get it in position under your sock. It's very thick. It would be impossible for me to stand on for eight hours. My hip began to hurt after two minutes from being out of alignment because of the thickness of the pad. I wish I would have listened to the reviews I read, and not wasted my time.

Very comfortable, and helps a lot with the ball of foot pain. I would buy this item again.

First order was great, super helpful! Reorder unfortunately doesn’t seem to fit and gets messed up in my shoe. :(

The Brison Metatarsal Pad was my fifth attempt at finding a solution for a numb/dead/tingling in the center of the ball of my left foot. I'd tried pads that stick to your feet, cloth designs and pads in the shoe. All worked a little bit, but each one had some type of issue that was causing a different problem . . . either changing my gate or the cloth would bunch up or jam between my toes.Since the design of this product is all gel it does not jam into the webbing of my toes. The toe loop holds it in place perfectly - no fuss, no muss.These have been a great solution for me. Give 'em a try . . . I think you'll be glad you did!

its pitiful thin for me with trouble with ball of my foot surprised amazon don't haave better selection for people with flat, narrow feet

I am 5’, 117 lbs, my shoe size is 5.5 W, and these fit exactly as shown in the picture. Contrary to most reviews, they did not slide around, not sure how that would even be possible. I even wore them with my Birks and they stayed in place. They are fairly thin, however I am wearing them with shoe insoles or with orthopedic slippers, and I can definitely feel the extra support. I’m also wearing them with toe separators, in order to correct Capsulitis of the second toe. It’s been 5 days since I began wearing all this, and the pain has subsided significantly. Today I was walking slow, but I was not limping compared to 5 days ago.

I am disappointed in these cushions. They feel comfortable and relieved the pain BUT they do not stay in place. They are not slip resistant as advertised. I tried putting baby powder as suggested on pkg but it did not workI will be sending these back. I really wanted them to work but after going for a walk, they ended up on top of my foot 😞
