This means that no matter what you order from Jekat you can be confident that your order will reach you in tip-top shape. If your item is faulty or incorrect please notify us within 14 days and we will replace it for free. If your item is not faulty but you would like to exchange it for some other reason please contact us within 14 days and we will exchange it for just the cost of the postage.
