Great light for the money
Like many, I have an affinity for good flashlights. This is the second one of these I've bought. I like having two with me in the truck. Before I made my most recent purchase, I had one Gibbon and another "similar" style torch. I dropped the other one in water over a year ago, and it started acting up. I kept using the bad one, but it finally died a few weeks ago. The Gibbon, though, has not had any problems - so, I bought a second one. They are bright, simple to use (high, medium, and off), and hold it for a few seconds for strobe. I purchased some high-quality (ie not Chinese) 3400 mah batteries for all of my torches, and I can safely used them for several weeks to a month without needing to recharge them. These Gibbon torches make a nice wide light, are not heavy, and the price is reasonable.

Great budget popcan light
This is the exact same light is sold here on Amazon under the name of Bestsun, Honriya, Gairebeam and possibly others. The Gibbon version seems to be the cheapest, although it does not come with batteries. That was OK with me though because these Chinese flashlights are notorious from coming with extremely weak knock-off 18650 cells. As you would expect from a light with so many emitters, this is more of a floodlight than a spotlight. It is definitely not a "thrower", but for general use it puts out an impressive amount of light. It appears to be well built overall, and feels good in the hand. The mode switch only requires a light press - something to keep in mind to avoid accidentally turning it on. On the high setting it gets moderately warm within a few minutes. Battery life is quite good assuming that you use quality 18650 cells and not some junky Chinese cells whose name ends with "fire". It comes with a spare O-ring (apparently for the tailcap) and a paracord thingy which I find basically useless because there is no secure place to attach it.It has a high and medium mode which are accessed by simply tapping the switch once to cycle through them. It also has a defensive strobe mode which is accessed directly from any other mode (including off) by simply holding down the switch for a second. When the light is on, the switch is illuminated by a green led. When the batteries get weak, the led in the switch turns red.The color of the light output is very cool. Definitely higher than 6000K - probably close to 7000K.It certainly isn't anywhere near 13,800 lumens. It might be 2500 to 3000 lumens at best. Still, that's nothing to complain about for around $30 !

Not as advertised - Poor design - Has any one looked. Three different Lumen strengths given.
I purchased this flash light as it was the greatest strength in lumens that I could find. (At the time)On the product title it says; Gibbon 13800 Lumens LED Flashlight 16 CREE XM-L T6 Super Bright Waterproof 5 Modes Torch For Hiking, Camping, Hunting,Fishing And Other Indoor Or Outdoor Activities.Just below it in the product description it says; LED TYPE:Super Bright 16 pieces Cree XM-L T6 LED 15000 Lumen. On the product dimensions picture it says; Lumen : 12000 L mI have a 10,000 lumen flash light that is twice as bright as this thing. With only limited use less than 5 times, the on / off button fell off, poor quality control.Very disappointing.

Extremely bright light for small change.
This bargain LED flashlight earns it worth with a great amount of light. How many lumens? Not sure without the proper equipment but it works quite well for me patrolling darkened areas lighting up sizable spaces. It is a durable and simple unit to use and takes 4 18650 li-on batteries lasting me usually 10 days of regular use ( an hour of use each day) before recharging. The intensity of the beam usually discourages most people away but highly intoxicated individuals may exhibit an immunity to the blinding light. The glass breaking bezel works perfectly having just dropped it on my thumb and had bandage the damaged cuticle area lol.

False advertising the brightness output
Build quality is decent, battery life is obviously good Since it’s a quad 18650. Now in terms of lumens or candela everything they say is a lie. Nowhere near 19000 lumens. The bright mode is about on par with my olight baton pro which is 2000 lumens. For the price it’s alright. Good light to keep in the truck for when you may need it.

Compact & well built. Very bright. Use mine on low most of the time & it's still the brightest flashlight I've ever owned. High it almost like have a spotlight.

Button tops only!!
Works with one battery if you need to test, button top battery only, very fast shipping, any issues with one can get a replacement easily. Just make sure it’s a button top battery, can be tested with only 1 battery!
