Great for re-fits.
They were very easy to retro fit in a medical facility. Just mark up a 3" square around your existing cable bundle and cut out each side (we used a dremel tool with a drywall bit). Pop off the top, lay in your cables, snap the top back on and slide through the wall. Caulked it with 3M Red fire caulk . Thats it!
