I went up a size but it is to big so I am going to reorder it in my recommended size. Im 5'7 200lbs and was recommended that I choose XL. According to reviews, they suggested I up a size so I ordered XXL. Will try XL instead. The material is nice. Not to thick so it will be nice for laying under jackets.
