I have owned and used this bike seat for the last 4 years. It’s not the softest but it does provide extra padding. It still has not broken down in all this time. Still like new even though I have ridden hundreds of miles. Velcro still works perfectly. Absolutely does not slip or move around when you ride. If you are looking for durability and a little bit of extra comfort this is the seat cover.

I've done five Ironman triathlons, have tried many saddles. I didn't want to get shorts with larger padding, so figured I'd try this out. I didn't really have high expectations, was just something to try. Well, it fits on my Specialized Sitero saddle very snuggly. Doesn't move around at all. I gave it a 50+ mile trial today with my race shorts (very little padding) and it was awesome. I've never finished a ride like that with less discomfort. Can stay in the aero position longer, riding the rivot with no discomfort and when you do get back up on the bull horns sitting upright, the padding at the back is great too. Very impressed. Will see how it wears over time...UPDATE: Almost 4 years later and it's still going strong. I haven't ridden that much in the past year, but recently was going to participate in a winter ultra in the foot division. Two weeks before the race we realized there would be no snow for the first time ever for this event. So, I decided to switch to the bike division. I had not trained on the bike for quite awhile. To prepare I did three 10 mile rides, then rode the 80 mile event. I used this saddle cover on my mountain bike and I just have to say it's awesome. I wasn't "bike saddle" conditioned but even after spending 7.5 hours on the bike I still didn't have any soreness. Highly recommend for anyone looking for more comfort!

Installed this gel cover over a Specialized saddle with mimic. I waited to do this review until I could do some mountain biking. It stays in place while wrapped around my EVOC pack and I have had no issues with it while using my seat dropper. I had the same issue as others that had to twist one of the Velcro side straps to connect the straps together; took off a star due to this- otherwise it’s perfect.

Thank goodness for this item! I have a couple of pairs of padded bike shorts, but they didn’t feel like they got the padding quite the right spots, and I would often still feel sore after my long rides (and, of course, the padded shorts feel like wearing diapers 😉). This padded seat is perfect! I don’t even need to wear the padded shorts anymore. It is a very tight fit, so it took quite of bit of effort to get it on, but thank goodness it did.

This summer my rides were getting painful after 15 miles, but I got this for my Trek Emonda because it can get snug to the saddle without looking frumpy. It’s about as sleek as something like this can get without ruining a racing bike’s aesthetic. Now I can go 25 or more miles and no discomfort in that area at all!

I was not able to try this out for a while since my bike was in storage but when I finally got it on it was not anymore comfortable than the original bike seat, still very firm and not cushy like my husbands which is no longer available. Unfortunately it was past the 30 day window so I could not return it. I did email the company and they gave me a credit and honored their 100% satisfaction guarantee so that is why I am giving them 3 stars 5 for customer service but 1 for the bike seat.

Bought a used Cannandale race bike. Amazing built and performance. Yet, pain in the ass:) Bought this cushion that made my butt so much more comfortable. Like others said, "pain free". Couldn't wait to write a review. I bought cushions for my other bikes. They don't give much improvement and hung in the basement. Maybe this one is exact size, which makes difference.

My son kept complain of his seat being not as soft as mine(women's size seat), and also had pain for several days after riding a bike. We have tried several seats before that had to be tied to the seat post, returned those without even trying them as strings looked akward, and seat was not tight and was moving on his 24 inch Gt Stomper mountain bike.This seat fits like a glove, velcros are holding on great, seat does not move. It made his seat to look much wider(almost same as my women's seat). As soon as he sat on the seat his words were "This is great! So much better" He rode for almost 2 hours with no pain. Hopefully, the seat lasts and my son is pain free.Seat cover is also nice, just in case, as an extra protection if storing bike outside.
