I have been having problems with bleeding and receding gums for quite some time. I switched to this toothpaste and my gum have not bled since. I absolutely love this toothpaste. The mouthwash is unflavored, but come with a mint flavor packet that you can add to it if you want to. Taste it first because it isn't sweet like other mouthwashes, it's just straight mint. I added it to my mouthwash and didn't like it at first, but I got used to it. The next bottle I got, I wasn't going to add it, but missed the minty fresh feeling, so ended up adding it. The breath spray is nice. If you have bleeding gums or receding gums, you should definitely try this toothpaste.
