The white sarawak is the same as THE black, but was soaked into water before being sun dried. The difference is the strong white sarawak taste to enhance a slice of veal or a chicken for example. It is great in a Thanksgiving gravy or in a salad sauce, with potatoes, etc. But you could make a mix with other special peppers and offer it. If you dot like anís than do not buy as it has a few notes of IT.

It is very good white paper, but its a very small amount. Id rather pay a little for ounce sizes not grams. Picture is deceiving
