KAL Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules, 500 mg, 120 Count

I was on a very strong acid reflux prescription for years (Dexilant). I had tried all the over the counter stuff to no avail. My prescription was $200 a month. Now I just take two these tablets in the morning and I can eat whatever I want without a problem. I couldn't deal with the liquid apple cider vinegar. Occasionally I'll still get heartburn but chewing on a couple of tums will fix it. It happens maybe once every four months. Even with the prescription I had days when I had to supplement. Supplements on their own had stopped working for me. I do have to take the tablets every day or I'll get heartburn. Once it starts the tablets are no good. They work to prevent.

I initially bought this brand at Fresh Thyme. Went back and they were out. When I found them here and at the same price I bought 2. I like that I no longer drink my ACV. The acid can ruin the enamel on my teeth. This is much better and I'm still getting my daily dose.

I could feel this doing amazing things in my body. Inflammation decreased. My ankles actually got smaller and the pain went away. I was suffering from chronic pain lingering from dual lateral acute Achilles tendinitis.

I use this in conjunction with Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health tablets, and Schwartz Turmeric for Joint pain. When I run out, I can really tell they make a difference, because if one of the three is missing, I experience more pain with in a few days. I'm a believer.

These Apple Cider Vinegar pills work great! My husband does not need his Nexium. This is a much safer and healthier option.

Apple cider vinegar WILL REGULATE your blood sugar level if taken correctly. Like everyday.

I have been taking apple cider vinegar for years. This brand in particular for the last few years. It really works. I can buy it cheaper at Amazon than locally.
