TEKTON6 Inch 70-Degree Bent Long Nose Pliers | PGF10406

Needed some bent needle nose for connecting/disconnecting ethernet cables. This is a nice size to reach the port and is sturdy to stand up to repetitive use. Really like the ergonomic handles.

It works perfectly for what I need. Very comfortable to work with all day.

Small, compact, strong and everything fits. I don't know what else to say.

Great to get into really small places

We use these for Bass Fishing -- sometimes a Soft Plastic lure gets swallowed, and I hate to kill the bass if I can avoid it. But, for me, these must be used along with the 10" Knipex Dykes from Germany. Yes, the Knipex are expen$ive, but they WILL cut a Hardened worm hook. I use the 45 degree Needle Nose to grasp the Barbed Tip of the hook, then I cut the shank with the Knipex. The hook comes out with minimal injury to the bass. I have read a lot of research on leaving hooks in a bass's gullet -- it DOES make us feel better, but in reality those hooks do NOT rust out, and the fish usually dies later. You have to dig deep to find this research.

Similar to other tekton products, they offer solid tools without breaking the bank.

... but nothing else takes the place when I do. It was one of those awkward jobs, having to tighten a nut that was easily visible, but behind a gap I couldn't get my hand through. With the right setup, I could have taken an old pair of needle-nose pliers and improvised - but I don't a furnace and forge, or room for such.I'm happy to say I have a bit more of that awkward job ahead of me. But, if I didn't, I'd still have another in my slightly comical collection of tools I bought just after finishing the job they'd be perfect for.-- wiredweird

I lost my bent nose pliers a couple of years ago, and never got around to replacing them, and cursed every time I was doing something that would have been easier with them... finally ordered these ones, and I was really pleased with the quality. The fit at the tip is extremely precise, and there is no lateral movement.I was surprised at some of the negative reviews, these are built exactly how they should be to work properly.Really happy that I now have these bent nose pliers in my toolbox. I'll likely order another pair for my truck toolbox.

I guess I got what I ordered, that nose is just so long! I can work with that, I just expected it to be a little shorter.

Bought this for my husband for work he is happy with the product. It’s a good weight and easy to grip. Makes his work easier to do.

I absolutely love these 45-degree long reach pliers.Wish I'd bought a pair of them many years ago.Perfect for getting into tight spots, and are indispensable for dealing with the spring type hose clamps that many cars now have.They arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and I'm impressed with their quality.Will be purchasing the straight and 90-degree versions soon as well.
