Love these pens! Smooth bold writing without bleeding through the paper.

I've used this pen (both the green and the blue) for a number of years. It has a good flow of ink, has good ink life, and is comfortable to use.

Love green ink. The pens were already highly rated, and rightly so; that’s why I ordered these. They write very smooth, no skips. Came with refills, and I’ll reorder when I’m down to one refill. Get these, you won’t regret it.

As a draftsman I have used pentel pencils for decades and they have always been excellent. These pens are everything I would expect from pentel in a pen. Instead of choosing between narrow, medium and bold, which are rather nebulous descriptions, you get a precise width. The widths of .5, .7 and 1.0 mm is precise. If you write small the 5mm is for you. These pens also have the advantage of writing when you want to write, a property I have spent a lifetime searching for.. One thing to watch out for. When you receive one of these pens it has a very small plastic shield on the tip. You will need to remove this tip before you can write with it.

I love these pens. I have been using these kinds of pens for a few years now. They write easily and are easy to replace the ink. My only problem with my most recent purchase was I was excited to find what looked like a set of lime/neon green pens, which is my favorite color. However, they are a shade darker than pictured; more like a dark green than light/lime. Regardless, the function is more important than the appearance, and these pens work great!

In a day and age when Penmanship os falling by the wayside, these pens make it fun to write and record your thoughts. I love the refills which come with them. It makes it very convenient to change when you run low on ink. My Mother, who is 100 years old love holding and writing with these pens. She can see the color well and I just changed the refill on her purple set today. Thank you for offering these pens on Amazon!

I'm not going to address the virtues of Pentel's gel ink pens. I'm assuming you're already of a fan of them. Next to purple, green is the color I use most often. It bugs me that I can't buy just green pens at my local big box office stores. Amazon to the rescue! Yeah, you can buy just the green ink refills. But keep in mind that the pen bodies don't last forever and wear out. That's why I like this particular offering. You get three complete pens in addition to the refills. I'm good for another year or so! And I like that the seller packages everything in a properly sized zip-lock bag.
