ROKIT7G4 KRK 7" POWERED MONITOR,Black

From what I understand, there are flat/accurate monitors which can quickly fatigue one's ears, and there are flat/accurate monitors that one can/wants to sit in front of all day/night. What I don't understand is why anyone would ever choose the former. Accurate monitors, pumping out sound as beautiful as what you give them. It really is amazing to be able to hear the subtle changes I make in a mix (amateur/hobbyist,) moving sounds about the stereo field. Auto power off feature works like a charm. In my research, I discovered this feature wasn't always implemented so well, but it's perfect now. And maybe I just have a higher noise floor in my "studio," (lol) but I don't hear any hiss that some folks mention. It's perfectly normal to hear hiss from a reference monitors, as they stay permanently cranked up, but I've not been able to discern one yet. Could also be because I'm pumping sound through them nearly all the time, and when I'm not, I'm walking around deaf from the last session. (Just kidding, mostly, but indeed these monitors get as loud as anybody could likely want them.) I love the clean, solid aesthetic. They feel sturdy, clearly of quality construction, when you pull them out of the box. They're stunners to look at, when you get them positioned. And they are the beautiful truth, when you send a signal to them. I did have an issue with one of my monitors when I first got them, which is just my luck. KRK have insanely low return rate, and when I presented my issue, both KRK, and Front Row were ready to solve the issue immediately. I'm feeling these things so much, I'd put up with them even if I had to return one once a month, but that certainly isn't the case. Monitors doing some work for me, and going strong to this moment. I haven't even touched the knob on the back. Flat is bangin. Plug em in, switch em on, and love. I'm sure i'll eventually tune them, when the app is released. So if you're looking at these, it's hard to come up with a single reason why you'd pass them up. I'm trying to make it easy for you: You've found them, "the ones." Unmatched bang to buck$ ratio.

Theses were a gift for my husband that wants to get into music production. They were recommended by all his friends who are all experienced and qualified sound nerds. I’m sure there’s probably better ones out there, but for a beginner set at a great price, these are the ones.

This is my second pair of KRK Speakers. I did find he them great for listening. However, I bought these to replace a pair of 7G2's after one of them stopped working due to glue corrosion/capacitor failing issue. Now 3 months after the warranty expires, one of these stopped working with the screen blinking, which I hear has become common and is also related to a capacitor failing. I don't want the hassle of replacing caps on this product and this is not the type of issue I have experienced with any other audio products I have bought. I don't have confidence in the lifespan of future generations of these speakers, and have switched to other brands.

The quality of the speakers are excellent, as they were intended for my audio-centric son who is a musician, composer, and really knows sound, recording, and music with multiple degrees. HOWEVER, Amazon should make it PERFECTLY DAMN CLEAR that this is for ONE, single, speaker. I mean who would think they sell speakers or monitors individually? Not cool, Amazon…the price was not the issue and I would have gladly bought two IF I KNEW I NEEDED TO DO SO. Thanks for making one of his Christmas gifts have as good as it should have been. Deception or poor description, you be the judge. Now he is buying the second one himself.

Great sound from the speakers, the problem is that KRK will always fail within 2 to 3 years. I’ve bought multiple of these speakers and they consistently break. Never above 50% volume and never moved. Doesn’t matter. What happens as they will power on but no sound will come out of them. I’ve checked the fuse and all audio connections. It’s absolutely this brand name. I will never buy KRK ever again, should’ve went with the Sony.

los uso para set dj en una habitacion mediana y suenan bien. Si son algo grandes los monitores, algo a tomar en cuenta si no tienes buen espacio para ponerlos, de ahi en fuera me siento satisfecho

Llevo apenas unos días que me llegaron, ya las monté, de igual forma aún queda afinar el cuarto para que no rebote el sonido, pero sin duda son una maravilla, yo tengo una interfaz M-audio y la verdad muy buen dúo. Llegaron en tiempo y forma, sin duda una experiencia muy buena en general
