(Apple MFI Certified) iPhone Aux Lightning Cord to Male 3.5mm Auxiliary Cable (iPhone Audio Link to Car Jack, Headphones & Speakers) (Black)

I was so excited to get this based off of the reviews; however, it does not work. Not at all. It isn’t even the color I ordered, nor does it match any of the colors shown. What a waste of money. Super disappointed

I won’t give up my (many) wired headphones for crappy Bluetooth audio, but I truly hated carrying around my Apple “dongle” - besides being flimsy and awkward, they’re easy to lose. I also like to use quality cables with my headphones, but that anemic dongle was a weak point in my setup. So when I saw these cables popping up that cut out the middle man, I was excited. The first one I tried was a few dollars cheaper, but was a huge disappointment. It claimed to be “MFI Certified” - it wasn’t (you can look that up on Apple’s site). I got the dreaded “your phone might not work with this accessory” pop up when I plugged it in and, worse, when I started playing music, it played through my phone’s speaker for a few seconds before switching over to my headphones...every time (kind of awkward in my office). So back that one went and, after verifying this one was truly MFI Certified, I bought it. HUGE improvement! It’s just as sturdy and durable as the upgraded non-lightning cables I use for my headphones and sound every bit as good or better, especially since I’m not passing the signal through the cheesy dongle anymore. And the woven outer insulation is really high quality and doesn’t cause any noise in my ears when it brushes against something.It’s a true bargain at this price. Don’t cheap out like I did on fake MFI cables or go chasing expensive “high-end” ones either. This everything I wanted in a cable.

Not every entertainment device I have possesses bluetooth capability, but almost all have a audio or auxiliary input jack.This is the greatest cord to play Pandora or any music you wish to listen to, with a media devise that doesn't bluetooth.My tractor has a radio without bluetooth, or satellite radio capability, so I listen to music while tractoring using this cord and the stereo radio in the cab of my tractor. What great sound !

This works as described. I am always a bit skeptical of products with the MFi stamp sold on Amazon - especially since I’ve never heard of Thore - but the claim is legitimate since my iPhone XS has never displayed the related accessory warning when plugging it in.I use this cable to connect my Fiio Q5 to my iPhone since the micro USB to Lighting connector that came with the Q5 was too short to reasonably use without a case. I did not use and did not test using this cable connected to my car, home stereo or computer, so I will not say with any certainty that there will be no problems with audio quality connecting an iDevice using this cable to such devices. At the same time, I know of no technical reason why there would be as there seems to be no problems using this cable as intended; problems would almost certainly be with the source and/or target devices.The quality of the audio using this cable is great. Using balanced headphone cables (mini XLR to XLR to 2.5mm TRRS, and Shure-compatible to 2.5mm TRRS) for my headphones (Audeze LCD-2 and Shure 1540) connected to my Q5 and then my iPhone resulted in absolutely no difference in the quality of audio when compared to the digital-to-digital connection using the micro USB to Lightning cable.The build quality is solid. The cable is durable. It is wrapped using braided fabric (synthetic?) that provides a solid but not cumbersome thickness that also helps prevent an excessive amount of too-tight bending or pinching of the cable. The connector itself is sized seemingly no different than the connector of any official Apple Lightning cable connector.The only problem and the only reason I do not give this product a full 5-star rating for durability and value is that after approximately five months of use, every time I plugged it into my iPhone Siri would be triggered. At first I wondered if this was an issue introduced with iOS and support for certain third-party devices connecting to my iPhone via Lightning. This problem was ruled out, and, specific to why I use it and the Fiio Q5 that I use it with, connecting the device to my iPhone using the Belkin MFi 3.5mm-to-Lightning cable resulted in no such triggering of Siri.I did not want to chance waiting for a replacement or paying for this product in hopes that the triggering of Siri behavior would cease, so I bought and have been using the slightly more expensive Belkin 3.5mm-to-Lightning cable and have not run into the same issue.Perhaps other users have not and will not run into the same connection issues I have run into. Just the same, it is worth noting that I have never had problems using Belkin MFi and their other products made for Apple, so if you can spend the extra money, I would suggest considering that before buying this. Otherwise this is an excellent cable and you will get the quality you expect for the cost of it.

I’m connecting to my car radio sound is good quality is good, a little bummed the picture shows gold connectors which the are not. Otherwise happy with product. The company did ask me for this review which was a little annoying.

I needed a lightning to auxiliary cable so that I could run my music and phone calls etc. through my auxiliary system in my older car. But I also needed a little bit longer cable than I was finding locally. This cord has good sound quality, looks durable and functional, and came in a 4 foot length which was exactly what I needed. Price was very reasonable also.

I've tried similar products, and here's one that (finally) works. The build is sturdy as well, not the cheap and flimsy products that too often comprise the bulk of these types of products. Picked this up in order to be able to plug an iPhone 7 into an older car and use the music library. Works great!

Since the Xs doesn't have a 3.5 plug I needed one that worked. This one works. I have a case that doesn't always work with cables because the slot in the bottom of the case isn't wide enough for the plug but this one works just fine.

I had been using the adapter that apple provides for converting the lightning port to a female 3.5mm connector. While it works, it requires a second cable, to use in an Auxiliary port. In addition I find that Apples flimsy cable has connection problems due to hyper flexing of the thin wires. This product not only offers an all in one solution but has additional insulation that helps the underlying wire from getting easily damaged.

I would not recommend buying this product. It would always break conveniently after the return period for this product would expire. Usually it would be the piece that connects to the phone that would break. I’ve had to return it twice to the seller since it was broken upon arrival (which they exchanged free of charge) and ended up buying the product twice more before I decided to buy Bluetooth headphones (because I didn’t want to deal with this kind of stuff again).

I have had similar cords because my car doesn't have up to date Bluetooth and this one is very good because it is not plastic like some of the others and does not freeze in the cold.

The wire is nice and flexible, it's also very easy to tuck away. The sound quality is great, my only complaint is the actual build quality. Every time I put my phone down while it's plugged in, the sound cuts for a second. I'm hoping this problem won't worsen over time, only one way to find out...

No problems so far. Playing my music from iPhone to car stereo no problem.
