What is the dimension of the base legs when they have been assembled? In other words, how much would they stick out if against a wall?

The legs are about 18 inches long so you would need to be at least that far away from a wall in order for them to open. They open at about a 45 degree angle to the net. How do you purchase replacement parts for a Swiftnet portable pickleball net?

I would check out camping supply stores for shock cord. Almost all modern tents use shock cording in their poles and people have to replace it from time to time. The trick will be getting the right length to have tension, but you can play with it until it's right.

If our driveway is less than 22 ft wide can you adjust the net to fit?

Unfortunately there is no way to reduce the width of the net to be shorter than 22'. You may want to look into pickleball "practice nets" which are usually shorter than regulation size so they can accommodate smaller spaces.
