Review: I was amazed. Ordered this for my 40 year old Sears ... - I was amazed. Ordered this for my 40 year old Sears Graduate typewriter, hoping it would fit. Don’t use the typewriter often, but when I need it, it’s there. Was typing forms, the 30+ year old cartridge was done. Ordered these thinking they looked the same. They fit. They work great. Half The price of some office supply on line. Very pleased!
Review: NICE - I purchased this typewriter ribbon thinking it would fit my Sears old electronic typewriter, it was the wrong type of ribbon. EBS contacted me trough email and I called them that following Monday to exchange for the correct ribbon model. Vikki was very helpful and ordered the correct model and sent it out immediately with a return slip for the other cartridge. I got it in 4 days. Customer Service is on the ball and very helpful with solutions, courteous, and polite. I highly recommend them 100%.

I purchased this typewriter ribbon thinking it would fit my Sears old electronic typewriter, it was the wrong type of ribbon. EBS contacted me trough email and I called them that following Monday to exchange for the correct ribbon model.
