It was amazing--like open the packet and scrape out the last of it great.Amazon was the only place I could find the product.The results are exactly as described and so effective for styling. Although the product is sticky going on, once it's dry, my hair feels soft and stays organized. One day, I even just wet my hands and scrunched my hair into place later in the day for a quick change of style.I like that the container allows me dispense a small amount. Most days, that's all I need. I have a medium length hair cut and want lots of volume since my hair is thin. NOTE: I apply the pomade to wet hair, not dry as described on the package. I like the results.This stuff also washes out easily and cleanly. I still can't believe how easy it is to wash it out. This kind of hold and performance usually only comes with a lot of residue.Also as promised is the added shine. Check out the pictures! They are from a time when my red color was starting to fade. The added shine let wait a little longer to color and I appreciate the extension.The scent is light and surprisingly neutral. My husband's sensitive nose didn't find the smell "manly".So check out the pics...and I really hope you get this pomade. It's best styling product I've every use. If you check my other reviews, you'll see I'm hard to impress. 5 stars from me is a big deal. So go for it! The pomade is also great for women.

I was hoping this would be a replacement for the Mess Maker Power Putty that Garnier discontinued. It's not. This goes on so wet that I had to dry my hair a second time. For me, it's a waste of money. I've been trying to mix it with other products, so that I can still get use out of it, but that's a stretch. I'm giving two stars instead of one, because it is called liquid putty...so I'll take some of the blame for not assuming it would be so wet.

I was hesitant to try this mainly because anything with conditioner tends to weigh my hair down and while this does a little it does leave your scalp feeling clean. The one thing that bothers me though reading through the ingredients is the inclusion of sodium hydroxide, which if you know some basics will find it lives in products such as battery acid, drain cleaner and hundreds of other industrial products. It lives at the highest end of alkalinity on the PH scale. My guess is it’s added to either reduce the acidity or to remove any traces of heavy metals in the formula which are equally worrying as I have no idea what ratio it is. When I worked in a hair salon sodium hydroxide was used to straighten hair and I saw too many chemical haircuts to be comfortable putting it on my hair. Now while Its a bit counterproductive for a hair product company to sell something that would make your hair drop out I’m not taking that chance.

Shampoo does a good job of removing styling product from your hair and it rinses clean pretty easily which is nice because some shampoos make you feel like you still have traces of shampoo residue no matter how long you rinse. The only improvement would be to figure out a way to enhance the mint sensation kind of like tea tree shampoo. A little goes a long way so a bottle will last you a pretty good amount of time. Hard to find this in stores anymore.

This is hands-down my favorite shampoo I've found in recent years. American Crew used to make a shampoo called "Peppermint Cleanse" that I used to buy a few years back and stopped producing it suddenly. Since then I searched around for other shampoos with that minty cooling effect and never really found what was looking for until I ran into this in a Walmart one day. I don't know if it's the same formulation as the American Crew shampoo was, but it looks and feels exactly the same. I love the cooling effect and the scent is a great thing to wake up to in the shower. I use it as both a shampoo and a body wash for the same reason. It's getting hard to find it in the stores and I'm not sure if that's just because of the COVID nonsense going on. Personally I really like this stuff amd will continue to buy it as long as it's on the market.

This shampoo works pretty well (I wanted it to be a bit more clarifying. The good thing- it won't strip your hair). Also, it has a clean smell, but it reminds me of medicine a bit. Some people may love it- for me, it's ok but not what I had hoped.

Love this product! The bottle says for men but I've been using it for a while same with my boyfriend. The cooling feeling is amazing! Makes my hair nice and soft. Will definitely keep buying this!

I was expecting the tingling from the l’Oreal charcoal shampoo (shopper’s drug mart), but was a bit disappointed to see how “weak” it was. It cleans fine but doesn’t wake me up as much... won’t buy again.

I have tried different brands of shampoo but this is my favourite of all. It has amazing fragrance and love the freshness of this shampoo. I love to use this shampoo especially during summer.
