When I first used this iron in a hotel, I set aside a few hours of dreaded time to return my travel-worn clothes to some semblance of tidiness. After realizing that I needed to turn the temperature up to avoid dripping water and cause the steam to flow, I was extremely surprised that within minutes I had all my clothes ironed for the week stay. Now that I've used it for over a month, I have come to enjoy ironing. I know that sounds crazy, but all my life I despised ironing so much that I found ways to avoid it. Such a chore! Those pictures of the 'old-days' with the women pushing and struggling to remove wrinkles while the sweat beaded on their brow and hair fell around their face…so unattractive and so not worth it!. It was exactly how I felt. I always wondered why we've come so far with other technologies, how could we neglect improving a task that's so necessary. Well, I'm here to tell you that those days are behind me and I now look forward to ironing my clothes for the coming week with new-found enthusiasm. I almost feel like a super-hero and can imagine myself raising my iron triumphantly and proudly in my wrinkle-free clothes.

This iron has a ferocious steam! Read other reviews about it not working...? This is not an expensive iron, as irons go. Steam is the most important feature to me. I love the retractable cord.

Good iron

Leaks a tremendous amount of water during the steam cycle at random times. No way to tell how much water is in iron.

Great steam feature. I use this iron at hotelsi stay in, so I bought one. It's nonstick awesome product to use.
