The best milk pan I've ever had!
Never had a Circulon pan before and was a little put off by the price, but as I cook a lot I decided to give this a go and wow! it is fantastic. Well worth the money. Distributes heat evenly, works really well on my induction hob and, even when I mistakenly left something to boil dry, which has been the death knell for other pans (I don't do it a lot!) it just wiped clean with no adverse effect to the non-stick. Brilliant! I am now thinking of changing all of my pans for Circulon!

Wanted a saucepan for induction hob
So brought a circular one for induction but not very good seems to be very slow in bringing up to the boil also haven’t got rings so it smaller then the hob itself . In my mind it should heat up in no time at all so not happy

A very nice pan if a little pricey.
After a shaky start (the pan wouldn't work on the first Neff induction ring I put it on) I really like this pan. The false start was caused by putting it on the largest ring: as soon as I selected one of the other three it worked perfectly. The 2 lips pour really well - completely drip free - and the pan needs only a wipe out with a damp dishcloth the remove any residue. The coating is unlike some non-stick pans where a jet of running water dispatches most cooking deposits, but the wipe out has worked perfectly in every case so far. Nicely weighted and balanced, the handle does not get hot.Recommended.PS I was forced by the review system to give a star rating on durability, which is crazy as I have only had the pan a short time, so please disregard as currently i am optimistic, but in truth have no idea!

A solid pan
This is excellent quality. A reassuringly heavy pan (not wrist challenging like some cast iron pans). A very trustworthy brand and well worth the money
