Does it go the colour on the box?

It did for me. Really happy with the colour. I have long thick hair and one wasn’t enough for me so about to order two.

Am I supposed to use the full sachets in one application

Yes, the sachets within the PurePlex colourants are to be used in one application. Your hair will then feel the full effects of the Bond Reconstructing Treatment and Conditioner during your colour process.

Is the 4.0 brown also a neutral tone?
