I bought this to replace the more expensive waterproof case, which I had bought with the phone. I used that case until it fell apart (a couple years). I thought a less expensive case might be just as good. But after just a few days, this case is so frustrating that I’m ordering the more expensive brand again. With this one, people can’t hear me on speaker phone unless the charger cover is open and I have the phone right in front of my face. The power button requires a coin or knife to depress it, and even then it takes several tries. I wish I had trusted the brand that worked, even though it costs more.

Great phone case. The only issue I have is with the pink case, the front and the back are two different shades of pink. Based on the picture I wasn’t prepared for that. Other than that the phone case is durable and definitely waterproof (because I’ve dropped my phone in water by accident before when I had the blue case).

I’m hoping I just got the one that’s bad, but the screen has a crack in it. And also there are visible glue left along where the case meets the lighter blue screen protector. (Pictures included)I also am unable to place the wrist strap as the front portion and back portion do not align correctly. There’s a zero percent chance the alignment issue that this case is still water resistant or protective.I will be requesting a replacement or a refund.Will update if customer service is able to correct this issue.

Pretty phone case seems sturdy comes with something to pry the case off the bottom where it charges us screwed on which is kind of odd not sure if I like that or not and not sure how water proof it is looks like there’s very small openings at the bottom but hopefully I’ll never have to find out overall it’s pretty and sturdy glad I bought it

after a few months and being tired of everyone I talk to on the phone complaining they can't hear me I am finding another case. When it's off I have no problems and to turn the volume up and down you really have to push the button. It is hard to get off and on also. Dealer maybe get rid of this product and find another.

I love this phone case it is protective and practical. I am a very clumsy person and my phone has suffered the price until I got this case and it has done amazing at doing its job. The only complaint I have about it is that the case is bulky and so sometimes it makes it hard to hold, def would recommend a pop socket if you have small/med hands. It turns the phone as tall as the iPhone XS Max and a bit wider that the iPhone itself but it still doesn’t effect my iPhone when I drop it. The only thing that you may be considered about is that you need to use more force to push the volume up and down buttons and the power off buttons but the ringer switch works great. I would recommend this case to anyone who is clumsy, has kids/buying for their kids, ext.

I mean.. it’s cute, and I receive a free pop socket with it but the case itself dirties easily, it’s an extremely tight fit on my iPhone XR. Not just that, the built in screen protector does affect screen, you have to push harder on keys and apps, especially around edges.. and pushing volume up and down or locking the phone is near impossible. Not very impressed for what I spent. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The workmanship is very fine, there is no place to raise the hand, and the circumference is also rounded. I have a small hand but I don’t have to work hard. After the installation, the seal is very good. I don’t have to worry about getting water, but also shockproof. Anti-handle treatment, I really didn't expect a shell to have such a multi-function, the shell is very resistant to falling and all-inclusive protection is very good, no longer afraid that the mobile phone will fall underground. In the morning, the waterproof function is tested. The store service is good. Quality is also good! I don't know what materials the manufacturer uses, I don't have any odor, I still sweat, it is suitable for me, I must praise it!

Great phone case. Has protected my phone well so far. It does muffle the sound a bit so if your recording a video or talking on the phone might have to take it off for clearer audio but all in all it’s a really good case and worth the money
