it's foam core. it's good quality foam core, but the QC at the fulfillment warehouse is questionable. My board arrived in an oversized box with the corner chipped, and the chipped piece wasn't inside the box. The board looks like it should also have been shrink wrapped, but mine arrived with half of the shrink wrap torn and rolled tightly onto itself. It seems like the product was damaged before it was even packed into the box. If the corner chipped during transit, the chipped portion should be inside of the box, but it wasn't. It's kind of annoying that a damaged product was packed and shipped to me, but thankfully, I didn't need the full length of the board. I was still able to work with the remaining good portion.

I use quite a bit of PVC and am always looking out for it. This is, by far, the best value I have found. Great seller!

Ended up buying sturdier expanded PVC from local plastic supply warehouse. This stuff is as sturdy as a dish sponge (not exaggerating). Nothing like “Sintra”. Garbage for cosplay usage. Is probably fine for using for signage use.

The sintra was exactly what I ordered! I'm so excited to make armour withe it! Will definitely order again!
