I teach Plumbing and Heating at a vocational school. This book, along with the student workbook is the best I've seen yet. Although based on the Minnesota code most everything applies to our jurisdiction. (We use the uniform plumbing code). The workbook has all the homework and activities you could ask for. True-false, multiple choice, and fill in the blanks, as well as many other student activities that reinforce learning. The text book also includes a CD that has a wealth of additional resources.
