Perfect match to factory paint, ideal for tiny scratches
Paint matches factory paint as close as you can get, considering this is OEM factory coded paint. This is ideal for filling in small scratches in the paint that don't get into the plastic in the bumper or metal of the body. It will cover up the missing paint but won't smooth out a scratch completely. The clear coat helps even out the surface and protects the new paint. I attached pictures of some fixes I did. As you can see, it's not as perfect as an actual paint retouch that involves sanding and many layers. I would recommend this for little scratches in the bumpers, as well as rock chips on the hood. Go easy on the tip and don't press it down all the way. The pain flows nicely once you get the tip coated. Because you are dabbing it is, you might have to wait 10 minutes or so for it to dry and do another coat.

Great product. First
Tested. Great product. First, practice in a demo surface: plastic bottle, plastic can, etc.. Tip: Do not apply the touch up paint directly to the car, instead, apply to a plastic surface then use the paint from the plastic surface to the car. If applied directly to car, you have to be very careful to not making a mess. After applying the paint, apply the clear coat, using the same tip: from a plastic surface to the car. After dried, polish with rubbing compound and then wax. You'll have a great finish.

Worked well but slightly too dark.
The color doesn’t match absolutely perfect, it is just slightly darker. I love that it comes with a clear coat as well. It’s good for minor touch ups in areas that you don’t mind having slightly darker.. it is also really hard to get it to sit flush with the other paint so try to use really carefully and use as small of amount as you can to keep it flat.

Definitely Not Reflex Silver Metallic (LA7W)
The pens have the correct paint code as the car does (reflex silver metallic), but the color is much, much darker, like a platinum gray metallic. Paint code on the car is LA7W. Color isn't even remotely a close match, even after shaking the pen up for a good 10 minutes.

Fixed My VW Scratches
I bought this to cover up some scratches on my VW Jetta. It was the exact color and did what I wanted it for. I hope I don't have to use it often but if I do, it'll do the job.

Still better then the way it looked prior though
This is more of a review from the vendor. They shipped it promptly, received it much before thee estimated arrival date. As for the paint, it's not an exact match. Depending on the light it may appear to blend in perfectly or standout because it's much darker. Still better then the way it looked prior though.

Tip too thick for pencil line scratches. Color was a good match to factory VW Reflex Silver Metallic
The product, and especially the clear coat, was difficult to get flowing, and once it started, it was difficult to control and to use. The tip is too thick for most scratches, which are typically no wider than a pencil line. The color however, was a good match to factory VW Reflex Silver Metallic. Unless you have a chip on a corner, such as the edge of a door or rear hatch, touch-up paint is never a good solution and generally only serves to make pencil line scratches more visible. There's nothing worse than seeing a front fender or hood peppered with chips [from stones] slathered with dabs of touch-up paint. If however, you fill the scratch or chips by applying several light coats of base coat and clear coat touch-up paint, and wet sand to blend with the surrounding paint surface, the results are better, but unless you're an auto body professional, don't expect to make the scratch or chips completely invisible without repainting the panel.
