Update: the other earbud no longer works now. Same thing happened. The cord used to connect the earbuds is damaged and the wires are not working to get sound. The only thing that works on the head set is the speakers. I can no longer have private listening or conversations with those that call. I really wish the company would contact me.I love this product with the exception that the Ear Bud 3 months later it's now not working. I ordered the headphones December 20th for Christmas and it is now almost 3 months to the day that I ordered it and the ear bud is almost broken off and doesn't work. What a pity. Wonder if the company cares enough to contact me and replace them.

For 3 months, I had the pleasure of enjoying these beautiful headphones. Unfortunately, after about 2.5 months, 1 earpiece began providing poor sound quality. The 2nd earpiece still works, however, it now no longer pulls out. I'm now unable to use the product. I've contacted the company regarding the 1 year warranty,but have not been able to yet receive any customer support.

I got this to replace my LG's that mysteriously disappeared. I love the color but these are HUGE! The bulky designer has them getting caught on my jackets and sweaters.The ear buds come out just enough to where there is no slack but also doesn't lift them from my shoulder.The sound quality through the speakers is pretty good however the right ear bud is really hard to hear out of. I haven't had the time to send look into the warranty or my extended warranty I bought during check out. That and I need to get a back up pair of regular headphones before I will be asked to send them in for repairs.They always make me giggle everytime when I turn them on though. It goes through three accents. An American lady starts it off(power on), then what sounds like a British lady(pairing), ending with an Asian accent(battery high, connected). Its kinda cute.

I really liked these headphonesBlutooth: Pairing was quick and easy and the range was pretty good tooQuality: inside the headset quality was great, the speakers i used only twice in 6 months because i didnt like it, the quality was poor. i have had the headsets for about 4 months and a few days and today the right ear stopped working out of the blue. I expected it to last longer because i treated it like glass so nothing could go wrong anytime soon, i have never dropped it or anything. well its time to throw it out but i am going to miss having it. ONLY 4 MONTHS!!!

Update: Less than 3 months later, the play/pause button stopped working, which is not helpful, so I have to pause using my phone, went from 4 stars to 2. I find that I rarely use the speaker function, and next time will just get a decent neckband earbud set... Ok, first up, these are NOT the amazing $200+ Bose shoulder speakers. What these are is an example of better than you'd think for the money. Just got them today, so I can't speak to durability. If they fail in an unreasonable period, I'll update. The shoulder speakers sound *good,* not fabulous. Not as much bass as I like, but again, for what it is, it's pretty good. You can clearly hear what you're listening to, and if it's at low- moderate volume, people near you won't hear it. The earbuds are on what I think are too-thin wires, don't yank them, but the sound is good. Bottom line is these are good value, multi-function earphones that won't break the bank, won't make you cry when they get lost, but still sound decent.

This product is pretty light. When I am wearing this, I almost cannot feel it on my neck, and it also fits my neck pretty well. The function buttons can be easily found without seeing it, which makes controlling the play list and volume much faster and more straightforward.I like the color, it is not too pink and kind of modern. The sound quality is better than I expected, and I have nothing to complaint about. This product is definitely good for gym and outdoor activities.

I'm loving these. I was concerned about the large size because I have a large neck and I don't like anything on me. These are well balanced and don't pinch. They lay very well and the size doesn't bother me at all. I previously had a smaller set of the same brand and found these to have a better balance and a softer feeling design. The sound quality is great. I love these. Don't be afraid. They're really nice.

These broke 2 weeks after i had them, ear piece just stopped working on one side then the other a week later, horroble. not sure if mine were defected but for the price, i should get a free pair after two weeks my brand new headset broke.
