I am no repairman. I hate doing repairs. But, when I do and they work, I am a very HAPPY camper. There are moments of pride and joy that my repairs save money by not calling a bonafide repairman. My wife is understandably happy and proud, as well. Well, anyway this was an easy fix for my top rack Kitchaide dishwasher. So, this is a very worthwhile product for a poorly designed Kitchen Aide dishwasher. I replaced all four, and now the first one has broken after 2 years. I still had an old one, and replace real quickly. Taadaah!

When I ordered these I thought they were exact replacements. However when I got them, the body was identical but the wheel was slightly larger than the ones on mine. Luckily I was able to get the old wheels off and they fit on the new body so it worked out. If I was buying them because of a bad or broken wheel, I would have had to return them. Doubly make sure the part number is the same as what you need. The picture looked so identical to what I needed I failed to do that and it almost cost me.

Well, I'm not a dishwasher repairman, neither do I play one on TV ... so I reluctantly ordered these replacement upper rack wheel replacements for my wife's 15-year old dishwasher! Would they ACTUALLY fit? Had the design changed JUST THAT MUCH to require a total replacement of the rest of the machine (which was still working well, by the way!)? And these upper rack wheel replacements FIT EXACTLY as the original!! Sure "upped" my confidence in ordering from Amazon!!

These are way sturdier than the ones that came with my Whirlpool dishwasher but when I bought them (since I used my model number for my dishwasher and these came up) I expected them to be adjustable like the stock ones they replaced and they are not. They're still better than the busted ones we had so I used them and appreciate that they're so sturdy but I really wish I would have known that we would no longer be able to adjust the position/height of the top rack.

I giggled with joy when I got these parts for my dishwasher. The top rack had been hanging for about a year. The appliance store wanted a lot more for just one part. My daughter told me about ordering these on Amazon, as she gets hers there. I was so excited and love having my dishwasher fixed.

A bit tricky to install, but once you figure it out ... it’s easy.Much cheaper than ordering from other places. And it comes with all 4.If you are replacing one, another one is about to break soon… So your head might as well get all four.

Used this on my dishwasher as the original wheels snapped off after several years. The wheels were the exact size. The overall mounting bracket was 1-2 millimeters taller than the original. Barely noticeable and it’s great to have the top rack working again! (Oh, I had to use a dremel Moto-tool to cut off the old bracket.)

The clips we purchased to replace the ones broken in our dishwasher worked perfect and saved us from having to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks for the great product delivered in a very timely manner.
